Since May 2011, ENZED have been official sponsors of the Australian V8 Ute Series 2011 Drivers Championship.
Echoing ENZED’s sponsorship efforts of the V8 Utes in New Zealand, ENZED Australia chose to support the V8 Utes Australia in order to maintain a strong presence across our key demographic. Our presence enables us to demonstrate our support for the sport, which ultimately keeps many of our customers around Australia entertained at every race.
Sponsorship of the V8 Ute Series has provided ENZED Service Centre franchisees with great opportunities to get involved. These include the ENZED V8 Ute Road Show, where a small fleet of V8 Utes and drivers come to an ENZED Service Centre for an afternoon of community activities, and at-tract corporate hospitality packages at local V8 Ute events. The first ENZED V8 Ute Road Show, held at the ENZED Mt. Isa Service Centre in June 2011, was a resounding success, attracting over 200 people from around the area.
Corporate hospitality packages featuring corporate lunches, exclusive pit tours, and the opportunity to stand on the V8 Utes podium and present the race awards, are available throughout the V8 Ute season for local ENZED Service Centre franchisees. ENZED Osborne Park in WA received the corporate hospitality experience at the Trading Post Perth Challenge in April 2011, and ENZED Townsville in QLD was treated at the Sucrogen Townsville 400 in July 2011.
The Australian V8 Ute Series features 32 Ford and Holden production based V8 racing utes - covering 8 championship rounds, and 25 races through five states of Australia.
