ENZED commenced operation in New Zealand in 1972 with a vision to develop comprehensively equipped hose distribution channels for all industry sectors.
ENZED saw an opportunity to reshape the hose and connector replacement industry by providing its much-needed service via service centres and mobile hose shops that could develop any replacement hose assembly quickly and reliably onsite.
In 1981, ENZED expanded operations into the Australian marketplace, focusing on unparalleled service and quality. This intuitive response to customers' needs saw the business continue to grow across Australia and New Zealand, and in June 1989, ENZED was acquired by industry leader Parker Hannifin (Parker).
As a global leader in motion and control technologies, with more than 100 years of engineering excellence in a wide range of diversified industrial and aerospace markets, Parker’s engineering expertise and a broad range of core technologies uniquely position the company to help solve the world’s most significant engineering challenges. Since the acquisition, ENZED has gone from strength to strength and today remains a leading supplier, installer and repairer of hydraulic hoses and connectors.
